Because each product is crafted by hand with care and precision, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
1. General Return Guidelines
We accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions. Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return request:
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Products must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all packaging materials.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Items that have been personalized, customized, or made-to-order are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or with a production error.
2. Eligible Items for Return
The following items are eligible for return or exchange within the return window:
- Ready-made card collections and sets that are unused and in their original packaging
- Stationery products that have not been opened or used
- Paper sample kits, provided all samples are intact and undamaged
- Any product that arrives with visible manufacturing defects or printing errors
- Products that were damaged during shipping, provided photographic evidence is submitted within 48 hours of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of many of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-designed cards, invitations, or stationery featuring personalized text, monograms, or custom artwork
- Products that have been written on, stamped, or otherwise used after delivery
- Items purchased as part of a clearance or final sale promotion, unless they arrive damaged
- Gift cards or workshop vouchers
- Products returned after the 14-day return window has expired
4. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact our team at correspondence@zyrallexquozl.world or by phone at +1 860-245-4228 within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
- Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, include the return authorization number, and ship the package to the address provided in our response.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Please do not send items back without first obtaining a return authorization number, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5. Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a notification email to confirm receipt. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- If a partial order is returned, only the returned item(s) will be refunded, and any applicable shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us within the 14-day return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item has a different price, we will either charge or refund the difference.
For exchanges, please follow the same return process outlined in Section 4 and indicate that you would like an exchange rather than a refund. We will ship the replacement item once we have received and inspected the original product.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us immediately and within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item(s)
- Photographs of the shipping packaging to document any transit damage
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the submitted documentation and, depending on the situation, offer a full refund, a replacement at no additional cost, or a store credit. Shipping costs for returns of damaged or defective items will be covered by Zyrallexquozl.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Zyrallexquozl is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, we suggest the following steps:
- Check your bank account or payment method statement again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take additional processing time before the refund is posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is reflected in your account.
- If you have completed all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at correspondence@zyrallexquozl.world and we will assist you further.
10. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet entered production can typically be cancelled for a full refund. Once production has begun on custom or personalized items, cancellation may not be possible, or a restocking fee may apply.
For ready-made products, orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an item has been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return process described above.

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our return procedures.
